Many of the pilgrim menus I’ve had over the last 13 days have been pretty bad, enough so that I’ve started avoiding them. However, if you’re in a one-horse village like I am tonight, sometimes the pilgrim menu is the only option.
Tonight’s pilgrim menu was one of the better ones, so I decided to take some photos.
If there’s a consistent complaint I would make about pilgrim menus, even after tonight’s above-average one, is that there just isn’t enough food for a pilgrim who’s walked 20 miles or more during the day. I sometimes find myself pregaming dinner with a pizza at lunchtime.
